Selection of Items / Returns Info
We have a variety of brands within the store and sizing does vary by brand. A size chart is available on each item below the image. If you have questions about sizes that cannot be answered online, please call our customer service team at 888-839-7366.
For an apparel item ordered from the company store that does not fit correctly and you'd like to exchange or return it:
Note! All apparel items are produced on-demand. Printed/embroidered items are not inventoried. The expense for items that are returned will be charged to the Association. To minimize the expense, please take the following steps:
1.See if the item will fit someone on your team or in your office or keep the item for a future customer giveaway or a new teammate.
2.If you must return the item, please email customerservice@icostore.com or call 888.839.7366. This information is also at the bottom of the company store website under Ordering/FAQ's. The company store vendor (iCoStore) will guide you through the return process. You can exchange for a different size or order something different. The item you're returning must not have been worn and preferably be returned in its original packaging.
3.Remember to add a review of the item you're returning and how it fits to help those who may be considering ordering that item.
Defective Merchandise - We will accept returns for defective merchandise. Please contact customer service at 888-839-7366 for a Return Authorization number.
